Where to meet

Downtown Miami:

The ferry dock is located on the Miami River Bay Walk, directly outside the River Entrance to the James L. Knight Convention Center & Hyatt Regency. A ticket desk is located inside the lobby of the Hyatt Regency. The address is 400 SE 2nd Ave., Miami FL 33131. 

PARKING:

The J.L.K. Convention Center Parking Garage is located at 200 SE 2nd Avenue 

Once you park your vehicle, please take the garage elevator to the ground floor. Upon exiting the elevator, please follow the signs through the tunnel to the Hyatt Regency / James L. Knight Convention Center.

S. Beach / Miami Beach:

The ferry dock and office are located in Bentley Bay Marina. The address is 520 West Ave., Miami Beach FL 33139

PARKING:

Public parking garages are located at 401 Alton Road, and 550 Lenox Avenue.

RESERVATION / CANCELLATION POLICY 

All tickets are non-refundable, unless assurance has been purchased. Tickets may be exchanged up until 24 hours prior to the scheduled departure. 

In the event you miss your departure, your ticket will be marked as a no-show and the value will be forfeited. No refunds or exchanges will be permitted.

POLICY NOTICES 

No outside alcoholic beverages will be permitted onboard any Poseidon vessels. Beer, wine, and spirits may be purchased at the galley. 

Smoking is permitted in designated areas only.
